Slow Flow on Saturday

Take some time on Saturday and enjoy an hour long Slow Flow Yoga at Four Corners Yoga and Wellness. This class supports slowing down, grounding and healing. This restorative practice begins with gentle movement and then utilizes props to release into poses. Class takes place on Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. You can sign up here! 

Play Roc-K-eno at The Industry

The new Mother’s Day Tote Bag is now for sale!  Each “Made in Dorchester” tote features goods produced locally by small business owners in the neighborhood.
