In a blink of an eye, the neighborhood near and around the South Bay Mall is rapidly changing. Well, even more development could be coming to this neighborhood in the form of a three-building complex.
According to Universal Hub, a developer filed official plans with the Boston Planning Developing Agency this week. The plan is to build a complex composed of 239 residential units plus commercial and office space on 13 lots of land behind the new area of South Bay.
The lots specifically are along Willow, Baker and Fields courts all off Allstate Road.
This past Fall, another developer proposed a 400-unit building off Enterprise Street and Jan Karski Way.
