Holy Moly! The Boston Business Journal is reporting that Wyman Street Advisors is proposing a 400-unit, five-story apartment building with three wings on 4 acres next to the South Bay shopping center. There will also be parking for 285 cars.
A letter of intent was filed with the Boston Planning and Development Agency and is being referred to as the Jan Karski Way Extension site at 173 Boston Street. It is currently a two-story brick industrial building and a single-story concrete industrial building.
This new complex will be located right next to The Andi.
