It’s Veterans Day Friday!  Originally known as Armistice Day to honor the living veterans of World War I, Veterans Day has transformed into a holiday celebrating all who served their country.  Make sure to thank a veteran! Here are some things happening in the neighborhood for veterans.

TRILLFIT Hike Club returns on Saturday, November 12th from 10am-12pm at Blue Hills in Milton! Enjoy an unforgettable autumn day as you walk trails led by an expert tour guide. Learn about the history and natural wonder of the Blue Hills on a guided tour, then enjoy a Sound Bath and Meditation experience for ultimate wellness. The Bowery Bar has announced the adorable outdoor winter village on their patio is back for another season.  Get cozy inside one of their three yurts – complete with outdoor heaters, blankets and furry seats on both low top and high top seating! Bookings are now live on their website!  Each yurt holds about 8 people and are available lunch, brunch and dinner!  Winter attire is encouraged.
