Take some time on Saturday and enjoy an hour long Slow Flow Yoga at Four Corners Yoga and Wellness. This class supports slowing down, grounding and healing. This restorative practice begins with gentle movement and then utilizes props to release into poses. Class takes place on Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. You can sign up here!
