According to Joe Castro of Coldwell Banker Realty, a Savin Hill condo just sold for $1,425,000 – setting a new record for condo sales in Dorchester.
The condo located, at 186 Grampian Way, Unit 1 in Savin Hill, broke the previous record of $1,349,000 for a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom penthouse at 7 Baker Court back August 2020.
The 2,432-square-foot property on Grampian Way previously sold for $1.25 million in 2019, according to the Dorchester Reporter.
