Well, this is good news! The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved the plans filed by the the Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corp. for a new $20 million apartment building with 43-unit and 9 parking spots.
The new 5-story building will be located at 9 Leyland St. and all units will be rented to seniors making no more than 60% of the area median income.
