Universal Hub is reporting that the owners of Southline (FNA The BEAT) aka the old Globe headquarters (135 Morrissey Blvd.)would like to add an additional lab and office building to the property.
Plans have been filed with the BPDA to use a section of the parking in the back for a six-story office and life sciences building. The new building would be connected to the main building by an elevated pedestrian walkway. There will also be a garage with 417 parking spaces.
