Affordable Housing coming to the Neighborhood
On Tuesday, the Zoning Board of Appeal (ZBA) approved a 32-unit apartment building and three townhouses along Bowdoin Street at Bowdoin Avenue in Codman Square.
According to Universal Hub, all of the units in the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corp.’s development will be rented to people making between 30% and 60% of the Boston area median income. There will also be 35 parking spaces and 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
