Dorchester Shoutout to Coleen’s Flowers for Generous donation to Boys + Girls Clubs of Dorchester New England Women’s Leadership Awards Ceremony
On Thursday, hundreds gathered to celebrate the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester‘s New England Women’s Leadership Awards Ceremony at the Renaissance Boston Seaport Hotel. This event recognizes and honors remarkable women who meet the challenges they face with confidence, persistence, and compassion. NEWLA was one of the first events of its kind in the Boston area, having recognized 147 outstanding women so far.
On each of the 50 tables, a beautiful and colorful flower centerpiece sat. These floral arrangements were created by Stephanie Nolovic, owner of Coleen’s Flowers on Dot Ave., and every single one of them was donated to the event!
Way to go! It’s neighbors like you that make Dorchester the special place that it is!
