Looks like more development is on the horizon for Dorchester. On Tuesday, the Zoning Board of Appeal approved a plan to replace a motorcycle garage on Pleasant Street at the corner of Roach St. with a three-story, eight-unit residential building. There will also be four parking spaces.
This project will take place right down the street from Dot Block. Lots of changes coming for that neighborhood!
