The City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals approved a plan to replace a large house at 2 Neponset Ave. with four-story, nine-unit, building with commercial space on the ground-floor plus 18 parking spaces.
According to Universal Hub, only one neighbor voice opposition to the project while the mayor’s office and city councilors Frank Baker and Annissa Essaibi-George supported the proposal.
