On Monday, a developer has filed plans with the Boston Planning and Development Agency for a 5-story, 28 unit building with retail on the ground floor. This new development would reside at 1813 Dorchester Ave. near Edwin Street – currently an old warehouse.
According to Universal Hub, this development will not have off-street parking due to its close proximity to Ashmont Station.
