Earlier this week a group of developers have proposed a four-story building with 25 units and another building – also four-stories – with 11 units. at 1700-1710 Dot. Ave. This development would have retail space on the ground floor plus 8 parking spots.
Developers Patrick Mahoney, Michael Moore, Seamus Moore and Patrick Costello would like to replace an existing commercial building and parking lot at that address in the spring.
