Universal Hub is reporting that the Zoning Board of Appeal(ZBA) approved the plans for the 120 Bowdoin Street project, a new 38-unit apartment building.
In addition to the apartments, there will also be nine parking spaces, ground-level retail space plus rooftop solar panels.
The five-story building will feature 1 studio, 16 one-bedroom units, 5 one-bedroom units with office space, 9 two-bedroom units and 7 three-bedroom units. Seven of the units would be rented as “affordable.”
