Coming our way: Two Building, Six Story complex with 90 teeny-tiny apartments proposed in the neighborhood
Universal Hub is reporting that a local developer would like to replace an old vintage furniture store with a new complex with 90 compact apartments and 8500 square feet of commercial space. The commercial space would be rented to Crossfit Southiewill also feature a cafe, with a seasonal patio, and a juice bar.
There would also be meeting and recreation rooms, a lounge, a pet washing and grooming station, and green space.

I may have overlooked this but I didn’t see anything about parking for this new apartment building. Parking is already a nightmare in the area.
