According to Universal Hub, developer Michaels Organization has filed a letter of intent with the Boston Planning and Development Agency to develop the old Phillips Old Colony House and Freeport Tavern at 780 Morrissey Boulevard.
A New Jersey developer intends to build a six-story building with 207 units. There will also be 143 parking spaces. You can read the letter of intent here.
