A local developer is hoping to replace a shuttered nursing home in Codman Square with a 34 unit, four-story building. The building would also include 29 parking spaces in an underground garage.
The proposal submitted to the Boston Planning and Development Agency to would replace the old Nelson Manor Nursing Home by developer Solmon Chowdhury .
In addition to the BPDA, the zoning board would also have to approve variances for the project.
