Sleek and Modern “Three Deckers” Coming to Jones Hill
According to Universal Hub, a developer has proposed 15 affordable units at 120-122 Hancock Street with nine parking spaces. According to the proposal, “the design is inspired by triple decker and bow front.” The new development will replace an existing three decker and a vacant lot.
