Michaels Development will host an informational meeting on Wednesday, September 18th at 7pm to discuss a proposed development project of the old Phillips Old Colony House and Freeport Tavern at 780 Morrissey Boulevard.
The meeting will start at 7 p.m. at Phillips Old Colony House.
According to bldup.com:
Current ownership (Bay Colony Associates LLC) is seeking a capital/joint venture partner or ground lease for the development of a 1.81-acre site located at 780 Morrissey Boulevard in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The site boasts high visibility along major thoroughfares Interstate 93 and William T Morrissey Boulevard.
Strategically situated less than five miles south of Downtown Boston, the site benefits from the city’s strong transportation infrastructure, most notably the MBTA Red Line and multiple bus stops connecting the property to key destinations throughout Boston and the surrounding area.
Michaels Development is now planning a six-story, 200 unit apartment building on the site.
