Description:
The BPDA is hosting a IAG Meeting for the 800 Morrissey Boulevard project located in Dorchester. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the IAG Meeting. If time allows, we will also take Q&A and comments from the general public. The proponent is proposing to construct a six (6)-story residential building, totaling approximately 246,750 SF in gross floor area of residential/amenity space, together with a parking garage containing approximately 162 off-street parking spaces, plus structured bicycle storage. The residential building is proposed to contain a total of approximately 240 units, with a mix of studio units (approximately 104), 1-bedroom units (approximately 104), 2-bedroom units (approximately 25), and 3-bedroom units (approximately 7).
