The Boston Planning & Development Agency recently approved the development of 1813 Dorchester Ave.
This mixed-use development will include a five-story, 30,524 square-foot building with 26 apartments, two of which will be income-restricted. It will also feature 2,204 square feet of ground-level retail space, a lobby, fitness center and interior bicycle storage. The BPDA approved the project at its Nov. 18 meeting.
Located at the corner of Dorchester Avenue and Banton Street, it is convenient to bus routes and the Ashmont MBTA station.
