49,710 SF of Development coming to Dorchester
Shipway Development, LLC has received approval from the Boston Planning and Development Agency to build two four-story, buildings that combined total approximately 49,710 square feet at 1700-1710 Dorchester Ave. One building will be a mixed-use development and one building is a residential development.
According to BLDUP Boston, the project will have a total of 36 housing units including 5 “affordable” units, and approximately 1,513 square feet of commercial retail space.
