It’s official! A new four-story building will be replacing the Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church at 500 Talbot Ave at Argyle Street. The proposal by JPA Development Co. to transform the parcel with a four-story, 40-unit residential building ground-floor space for both a business and a smaller church has officially been approved by the City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals.
There would also be 23 parking spots in an underground garage. Five of the units will be affordable and there will be a second space on the ground level for retail.
