ParkARTS Neighborhood Concert Series
The Boston Parks and Recreation Department today announced the launch of the 2024 ParkARTS Citywide Neighborhood Concert Series, which will offer first-rate musical entertainment in local parks from July 8 through August 7. The ParkARTS outdoor neighborhood summer concerts are presented in City of Boston parks and made possible by our title sponsor Bank of America, and with additional support from Berklee College of Music. King of the Castles 10K
Sign up for the King of the Castle 10K Race! This race presented by Castle Island Brewing will take place on Thursday, July 25th at 6:30pm! This unique, unsanctioned race takes you on a scenic route around Castle Island, offering runners the chance to experience the beauty of Southie in an unofficial, yet fiercely competitive setting. Moms Night Out at the Local Hand
Please join the Local Hand for a special event in collaboration with Freckle Face Yoga on Wednesday, July 10 from 7 – 8:30 PM. This event will begin with 45 minutes of a gentle yoga flow, inclusive of all bodies. No yoga experience is required or expected. We will then have time to mingle and shop! The Local Hand offers a curated selection of handmade goods, such as ceramics, stationary, jewelry, and more. This event is open to anyone in any stage of a motherhood journey.
