There’s nothing more comforting than two pieces of buttered bread with slices of cheese in the middle, grilled to perfection. The Grilled Cheese Sandwich has been pleasing crowds since the 1920’s and whether you like it with bacon or a bowl of tomato soup, here are our picks of where to get one in the neighborhood.

Calling All Artists

Now in its third round, the Boston “B” Holiday Contest calls on local artists, students, and residents to reimagine the City of Boston’s “B” logo to celebrate holidays and the cultural diversity of our City. They want to see B’s that are a reflection of our community. Winning designs may be featured on the City of Boston’s social media channels. You’re only limited by your imagination!  Here is what you need to do to enter the contest!

A brand new supermarket – Price Rite Marketplace – has opened its door on Geneva Ave in Fields Corner! This welcomed addition to the neighborhood and is a full service grocery store complete with fresh meat, produce, household supplies and more! You can learn more here! 

Spring Cleaning with Dorchester Running Club

The Dorchester Running Club is pitching in and helping clean up the Neponset Trail Route on Saturday, April 17th at 9am at the Joseph Finnegan Park (aka the Port).  Kids are welcome too. You can register here!
