Universal Hub is reporting that City Realty of Brookline has proposed replacing a rental-car parking lot located at 13 Norwood street with a five-story, 52-unit apartment building with 50 parking spaces. There will be studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units, with seven of the units “affordable.”
This spot is located between the Red Line/commuter-rail tracks and the Morrissey Boulevard building where Super Cuts and Boston Market used to be.
