Universal Hub is reporting that City Realty of Brookline has proposed replacing a rental-car parking lot located at 13 Norwood street with a five-story, 52-unit apartment building with 50 parking spaces.  There will be studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units, with seven of the units “affordable.”

This spot is located between the Red Line/commuter-rail tracks and the Morrissey Boulevard building where Super Cuts and Boston Market used to be.

Lots of changes coming to the Morrissey Blvd. neighborhood. Right across the street will be the mammoth Dorchester Bay City!

Finger’s crossed they fix the rotary from hell!
