Exterior work is almost done for a new 64 unit rental building on Dorchester Avenue across from Ashmont Station.
According to Bldup, the development is set to feature a mix of studio, and two bedroom apartments and a fitness center and outdoor space. There will also be a 2100 sf commercial space on the ground floor of the project. You can learn more about 1943 Dorchester Avenue here!
This project is in the same neighborhood of the long awaited Treadmark.
