Backyahd in South Bay offers a free outdoor HIIT class on Sundays at 10:30am on the turf in front of Nike.  TrillFIT and Boston Harbor Now offers a free dance class on Sunday’s from 10am-11am.  TRILLFIT’s signature dance class blends Beyonce-worthy choreography with multiple rounds of HIIT to sweat your way to a tighter, more toned body. Register for the Tour de South Shore

The Tour de South Shore is returning on September 25 to Wompatuck State Park in Hingham! Featuring a 25- and 50-mile bike and 5K fun run/walk, all proceeds raised from the Tour de South Shore support The McCourt Foundation and their mission to help find a cure for Neurological diseases and build a healthier world. The bike courses boasts a scenic ride through the trees and along the coast in Scituate, Norwell, Cohasset and Hingham, and the 5K course winds you through and around Wompatuck State Park. Post-race, all participants and their friends and family, are invited to join us for a spirited celebration with music, free food and beer, an awards ceremony awarding the Team CUP Trophy to the top fundraising team, and more! This event is open to participants of all ages and abilities! Slow Flow on Saturday

Take some time on Saturday and enjoy an hour long Slow Flow Yoga at Four Corners Yoga and Wellness. This class supports slowing down, grounding and healing. This restorative practice begins with gentle movement and then utilizes props to release into poses. Class takes place on Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. You can sign up here!
