On Saturday mornings at 11am at Open Doors Yoga Studio enjoy Gentle Yoga and Aromatherapy with Carolyn McDonald for Gentle Yoga and Aromatherapy. This flow class is practiced at a slower pace with emphasis on proper alignment and breath work.
