Brunch is Back at 224

After a winter hiatus, brunch has returned on Saturdays and Sundays at 224 Boston Street from 10-3. The patio is open too! Check out their brunch menu here!

Dot Jazz Series Returns

After a very long hibernation, the Dot Jazz series will return with a virtual debut of a very exciting new trio of top players from the NYC and Boston jazz scenes. CAT Trio features Carmen Staaf on piano, Austin McMahon on drums, and Tony Scherr on bass. They’ll be playing original compositions by all three, drawing on a wide range of influences: classical piano repertoire, Monk, Afro-Cuban sounds, singer-songwriter and rock music lineages, and beyond The trio’s set will be prerecorded at Q Division Studios and Concert will premiere online on Saturday, May 15 at 7:30 pm on YouTube. This performance is free, however donations strongly encouraged – you can make a donation here! 

$5 Mimosas and Bloody Marys 

Celebrate National Mimosa Day! Lower Mills Tavern offers $5 mimosas and Bloody Marys during brunch on Saturday and Sundays 10am – 3pm.  Comes in flavors like pineapple, pink guava, honey rose, blueberry, cherry, raspberry and cranberry!  How awesome is that? 

The Pearl is now open!

The Pearl is officially open at South Bay. The menu features lobster rolls, tuna tacos, a seafood platter, oysters, shrimp and more!  You can see the full menu here.The Pearl also has a creative cocktail list inspired by birthstones! 

Lionheart Confections at Reign Drink Lab

On Sunday, starting at 10am, Lionheart Confections will be selling their delicious doughnuts until they sell out at Reign Drink Lab! Get ’em before they’re gone!

Get Outside with Connected Through Strength

Outdoor classes are now available with Connected Through Strength! These classes will be held on Top of Savin Hill Park and open to all levels! This weekend schedule includes Friday at 5:30pm Vinyasa Yoga with Susie, Saturday – 9am Vinyasa Yoga with Erin and Sunday – 10:30am Bootcamp with Darcel!  You can register for class here!

Lilac Sundays at the Arboretum

Take in the beauty! Enjoy the lilacs over four weeks of bloom (typically late April through mid-to-late May). The Arnold Arboretum invites you to visit during these weeks of peak lilac bloom, but request that you practice social distancing from one another and respect our plants.
