Tết in Boston presents their 2023 Night Concert!

Tết Night Concert will take place on Saturday, Jan. 28 from 6:30-11:30 p.m. at IBEW Local 103, 256 Freeport St., Dorchester Tickets are between $50-$75. Learn to Curl

Seaport’s winter wonderland Snowport continues to offer Iceless Curling through February 26 as well as complimentary Learn to Curl classes taught by The North End Curling Club on select Saturdays from 2pm – 4pm (Curling Lane reservations can be booked in advance via bostonseaport.xyz/snowport). Snowport is open seven days a week, Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 8pm; Friday – Saturday, 11am – 9pm; and Sunday, 11am – 8pm. It is located at Seaport Common, 85 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02210.

Lion Dance Parade

Enjoy Chinatown’s Lion Dance Parade in celebration of the Year of the Rabbit on Sunday, January 29th from 10am-3pm. Opening ceremony at 10am by Phillips Square (near the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Beach Street).  There will be fun costumes, street food and music.

Welcome Back: The Dorchester Pub

Back in 2018, The Dot Tavern closed its doors.  Dorchester resident and developer Doug George bought the building that houses the old school bar on the ground level and completely renovated the building.  One of George’s goals was to find a restaurant/bar operator to take over the bar.  Well, just a few weeks ago, The Dot Tavern reopened! Although the pool tables are gone, and the interior has been updated, it still has a very old-school “dive bar” feel.  For now, they will be open Friday – Sunday. Stop by!
