Eat:
Make a plan to visit Molinari’s in Adams Village! Treat your self to a classic ice cream frappe at Chill on Park! Go old school and order up a Black & White made with Chocolate and vanilla ice cream, chocolate and vanilla syrup, milk

Shop:
Sip & Shop! The Bowery Bar will host a special Local Love Sip & Shop in the garden on Thursday, August 23rd from 6pm-9pm.  In addition to shopping, enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a wine tasting. Local brands include Encore Apparel, Camden Hydes, Cask Force, Give Love Get Love, Hollis Hayes Jewelry, Habit, Wears + Wares and the Petal Peddler’s Shop!

Dance:
It’s a Fun in the Sun Tea Dance at dbar on Sunday, August 26th from 4pm-8pm. dbar is partnering up with Victory Programs and FLAG Flag Football to bring you the eighth annual #SummerSportsTeaDance and to kick off the fall LGBTQ sports season! Dance to the hottest songs of the summer! Win fabulous raffle prizes! Find your beach buddy at the bachelor auction! $20 suggested minimum donation goes directly to support vital services for recovery, HIV/AIDS, and other chronic illnesses for Boston’s most vulnerable.

Bike:
Celebrate cycling this week at the Ashmont Farmers Market! The BikeMobile will be on hand in addition to Boston Bike Union and Ashmont Cycles! If you bike to market you might just win an Ashmont Farmers Market prize pack!

Do:
Back to the Beach! Enjoy the Dorchester Beach Festival at Savin Hill/Malibu Beach on Saturday, August 25th from 3pm-8:30pm. Featuring Dot Art craft activities, face painting, games, and more! Boston Circus Guild will be performing from 3pm-5pm and live music will kick off at 5pm with Gimme 5 (R&B and Beatles Tribute Band. There will also be food trucks on site to make sure you don’t go hungry! It’s the perfect to end the summer season!

Explore:
The Neponset River Greenway runs 5 + miles from Dorchester into Milton. The trail connects a series of parks and provides an exciting opportunity to appreciate the outdoors in an otherwise urban area. This trail is perfect for walking, biking, running and rollerblading!

Workout:
Lace up those sneakers and go for a walk!  There’s a free walking group that meets Saturday mornings at 8am at Franklin Park!  This is part of the Boston Parks Department Free Summer Workout Series!
