The 2025 Boston Triathlon weekend takes place on Saturday, August 16th, and Sunday, August 17th. Kids Day at the Boston Tri takes place on Saturday. The Boston Tri Olympic and sprint distance races will be held on Sunday morning and are open to all, followed by the professional spectator event! Get all the details here!

Dorchester Historical Home Tour
History buffs won’t want to miss a special chance to explore inside two of Dorchester’s most iconic homes. On Sunday from 11am to 3pm the William Clapp House and the James Blake House will be open for free public tours. The team at Via Cannuccia announced recently they’ll be taking a little break for dinner service through September 3rd to reset and recharge! They are still open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday from 8 am–2 pm (closed Tuesdays) and serving up its signature brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 9am–3pm. Also, they recently posted on Instagram that they’ll be serving up some take-home items for you to enjoy at your dining room table like lasagna, salad and pizza! You can get all the details here!

Free Arts + Crafts in the Neighborhood
The Boston Parks and Recreation Department’s annual ParkARTS program is pleased to announce the return of free Arts & Crafts Workshops for children. From West Roxbury to East Boston, kids ages three to ten can enjoy a wide variety of arts and crafts activities led by local artists at the workshops held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
