Halloween has gone to the dogs! On Monday, October 29th The Bowery Bar is hosting a “Howl-O-Ween” for all of our #DOTdogs from 5pm-8pm! With prizes for best costume, drink specials, and doggie swag (space will be limited). Treats provided by the Pooped Pooch.

Last call for the Fog Sculptures! Take a trip to Franklin Park and check out Fog x FLO: Fujiko Nakaya on the Emerald Necklace.  This new installation is made up of “fog sculptures” and will be on display in five parks including Back Bay Fens, Olmsted Park, Jamaica Pond, the Arnold Arboretum, and Franklin Park.  For more information visit here!  

It’s Spooky Tune Tuesday! Showtunes Tuesday is dbar’s popular, weekly video musical extravaganza with resident dbar VJ, Ryan Grow, playing the best videos clips from all show tunes, musicals, and Broadway performances throughout the night. dbar’s Spooky Tune Tuesday edition will begin at 10 p.m. and feature spooky, scary shows, artists, and music videos. There is no cover for the 21+ event.

Be informed!  Get involved!  A community meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 30th at 6:30pm at the Boys & Girls Club of Dorchester – 1135 Dot. Ave.  This is the third in a series of meetings about improvements to McConnell Park. The preferred design plan based on community input received at the first and second meetings will be presented. Kroc-O-Treat!  It’s the 8th annual Kroc-O-Treat party! Located on the Kroc Center’s turf soccer field, there will be games for children of all ages, music by Hot 96.9, and of course…CANDY! The fun takes place on Wednesday, October 31st from 5pm-8pm!

Cue the Duck Boats! The Red Sox are the 2018 World Series Champions! Celebrate on Wednesday, October 31st at 11am with the traditional Duck Boat Parade!  Parade starts at 11am and will go through downtown Boston!
