UPDATE: 12-year-old La-Niya Johnson-Skinner of Dorchester has been Safely Located
Original Post: BPD Missing Person Alert: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 12-year-old La’Niya Johnson-Skinner, of Dorchester.
Johnson- Skinner was last seen on Friday, April 17, 2026, in the area of Mascot Street in Dorchester. She is described as a black female, approximately 4”10” in height, 120 lbs. in weight, with medium brown skin, dark brown hair in a bun, last seen wearing a black Nike sweatshirt, baby blue shirt with a Boston Renaissance logo, black leggings, brown sandals, and a pink and black Elite backpack.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is advised to contact 911 or District B-3 (Mattapan) Detectives at 617-343-4712.
