Early Saturday morning, two teenagers led police on a chase by car and foot through the neighborhood after refusing to pull over for a traffic stop.
At around 2:40 a.m., BPD attempted to stop the 14- and 15-year-old boys near Devon and Normandy streets for driving without headlights.
The teens fled the scene on foot, but didn’t put the car in park and the car then crashed into the front stoop of 119 Stanwood St.
