Here are some things happening in the neighborhood.

Take me out to the ballgame!

The Eire Pub features hot dogs for a $1  all day, every day!  You can get them grilled or steamed with all the fixings!  If that doesn’t sound like the best already – how about two hot dogs and a pint of Bud, Bud Light or Coors Light for just $5.25. That’s why it’s our pick for place to watch the Red Sox home opener vs. the Blue Jays at 2:05pm on Tuesday!

Pitch in. Choose kindness.

The Bowery Bar and Lucy’s American Tavern will have donation boxes leading up to the Boston Marathon to collect items needed for the Spring Service Day for Martin Richard Foundation. On service day, volunteers will create “Emergency Hero Kits” for Wonderland for children who enter DCF foster care with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Kindly drop off night lights, earbud headphones and stuffed animals!

Listen to the music

Enjoy live Irish music every Tuesday night at the Lower Mills Tavern. Irish Session takes place on Tuesdays from 8pm-10pm. No cover. Musicians welcome. Kitchen is open late!
