Still have World Cup Soccer Fever?
The second annual Boston Unity Cup will take place this weekend at Moakley Park. This city-wide soccer tournament is designed to celebrate cultures and nationalities of Bostonians in a safe environment that promotes sportsmanship, collaboration and acceptance! Sounds good to us!
The tournament will be comprised of 28 teams representing 21 countries between 2 divisions playing a total of 66 total hours of soccer. New this year, a women’s tournament bracket has been added along with the men’s bracket.
Additional activities for fans and families will feature Kids Tournament, as well as Revolution Soccer Events, food trucks and more. This weekend event is free and open to the public for all who want to watch the games and participate in activities. All events will be held at Moakley Park.
