Congrats to Dorchester’s own Tia Feuerstein and Casey Manning, along with Marcello the Yorkie and MacGyver the Maltipoo on winning the “Most Creative” category at the annual Halloween Dog Costume Parade and Contest at Faneuil Hall on Saturday.
The group went all out for Elf complete with Buddy the Elf, Jovie, Mr. Narwhal and Santa! Way to go!
