Here’s some news to get you through the dark and cold days of winter. The MBTA unveiled new and sleek Red Line trains last week at Cabot Yard in Southie.
Feast your eyes on this beauty!
The new trains have it all. Shiny red seats, yellow poles, security cameras, electric signs, automatic passenger counter, and a live DJ will be spinning on the weekends (just kidding about the DJ part – although that would be fun).
More importantly updated braking system and 20 more passengers will be able to fit on the new trains. Spring can’t come soon enough!
