Offering classes like barre, pilates reformer and athletic/jumpboard conditioning, C2 Body has opened a new studio on the Milton/Lower Mills line located at 1 Eliot Street. Shake up your workout routine and try one of these popular classes!
Barre
Designed to lengthen your muscles, barre is a fusion of pilates, dance, and yoga choreographed to music and done at the ballet barre. This all over work-out will lift your butt, carve your abs and tone your legs and arms. Be prepared to use balls, bands and weights to achieve ultimate results.
Pilates Reformer
This is a multi-level class taught in a group setting on reformer machines. This class will challenge all individuals offering the appropriate variations or modifications either increasing the difficulty for some while simplifying for others. The class hits every muscle in your body and builds long, lean muscles while toning your whole body!
Athletic/Jumpboard Conditioning
This class will challenge your strength and endurance. Participants will be taken through a sequence of exercises that requires the individual to often continuously jump upwards of 5 minutes with 1 minute breaks. Come get your heart rate up while toning your entire body.
