After Pulaski Park was vandalized last weekend and the American flag stolen from the flagpole, Boston Veterans Services Commissioner Rob Santiago presented a new flag to Polish American Citizens Club President Stasia over the weekend.
Pulaski Park is located next to the Polish American Club.
