Sometime overnight or into Sunday morning, Pulaski Park, located next to our club was vandalized.
One of the flagpole was torn down and the Polish flag stolen. Food was also strewn about the grass and sidewalks surrounding the park.
This park is intended to be a welcoming space for the neighborhood. The brick pavers at the base of the statue are engraved with the names of Polish-American families and in memory of loved members of our community who are no longer with it.
Police have been contact and report will be made about this act of vandalism.
