Recently it was announced that National Wholesale Liquidators has filed for bankruptcy and will have to close all 11 of its location including the one in Dorchester.

The Morrissey Boulevard discount retailer location is not closed yet but is expected to close soon. According to Boston Business Journal, NWL plans to lay off 61 employees at the Dot location between November 23 and December 23.

So what type of business would you like to see go in this spot? Trader Joe’s? Whole Foods? A village of small independent retail shops? Let us know in the comments below!

    I would absolutely LOVE a MARKET BASKET store……or a Trader Joe’s!

    No. I would like to see a Wal-Mart take the spot or market basket. Where are the low income person will shop. Think about the low income family,not the rich people.
