It should be no surprise to anyone living in the neighborhood that Dot is becoming one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Boston to live. You know what that means? Prices tend to rise. According to the research site NeighborhoodX, as of early December, the average price for market-rate homes in Dot was $394 per square foot.
The range showed that on the low end – $152 a square foot for a 4,584-square-foot home in Popes Hill to the high end of $809 a square foot for a 555-square-foot one-bedroom condo in Port Norfolk.
