At about 12:00 PM, on Friday, July 28, 2023, officers assigned to the District C-6 Drug Control Unit (South Boston) along with the District C-11 Drug Control Unit (Dorchester), arrested Victor Pena, 37, of Dorchester at 112 Wells Avenue in Dorchester after a search warranted led to the seizure of approximately one and a half kilos of Fentanyl and thirty-nine grams of Cocaine. After a lengthy investigation a warrant was issued out of Dorchester District Court.
Victor Pena was arrested and charged with; Trafficking Fentanyl over 200 Grams and Trafficking Cocaine 36 Grams or More. He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
