A Southie developer has proposed a new four-story building plus a three-story building with a total of 24 units in Savin Hill.
The 12,000-square-foot project would include 2 separate buildings – a four-story building on Dot Ave. with 21 units and 19 parking spots and a three-story building at 31 Savin Hill Ave. with 3 units. Currently, Avenue Auto Wholesalers resides in that spot.
The project has been proposed by Boston Hospitality Group (owners of The Broadway and The Playwright in South Boston) and will include a mixed use of condos and retail space on the ground level.
A virtual community meeting to discuss the project will take place on February 17th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
