On Tuesday, the Zoning Board of Appeal (ZBA) approved a development for four-story building plus a three-story building around the corner in the Glover’s Corner area.
The 12,000-square-foot project would include 2 separate buildings – a four-story building on Dot Ave. with 21 units and 13 parking spots and a three-story building at 31 Savin Hill Ave. with 3 units. The Dorchester Avenue building would replace a car-sales lot and he Savin Hill Avenue building would replace a one-family house.
The project has been proposed by developer Joey Acari of Boston Hospitality Group (The Broadway and The Playwright in South Boston) and will include a mixed use of condos and retail space on the ground level including a restaurant.
BPDA approved this project last month. For more information you can visit here!
