Looks like a new six-story apartment building could be coming to Upham’s Corner.
The Zoning Board of Appeals approved a plan to replace two one-story buildings at Dudley and Virginia streets with a new 48-unit building.
According to Universal Hub, developers will replace Rainbow Shops with a new $20.6 million building, which will include retail space on the ground level, 9 parking spots, and a roof deck for residents.
